Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
The study aimed to determine the effect of Knowledge Management Process (KMP) and organization culture (OC) on organization performance (OP) as well as the mediating effect of organization culture (OC) in the relationship between KMP and OP. This study adopted a quantitative approach and involved a sample of 587 managers, which selected using systematic random sampling. Data were obtained using a designed questionnaire as an instrument. Data were analyzed using correlation and regression. The findings indicated that there was significant correlation between KMP dimension, namely Knowledge Generation (KG) (r=0.706, p
