Artikel ini disediakan bagi mengulas faktor-faktor berisiko yang menyumbang kepada tingkah laku devian. Satu kajian ulasan sistematik telah dijalankan bagi mendapatkan maklumat lengkap berkaitan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkah laku berisiko dengan menggunakan pangkalan data Emerald, Elsevier, Sage and Google Scholar. Keputusan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat lima faktor utama yang menyumbang kepada tingkah laku devian iaitu: (i) faktor individu, (ii) faktor keluarga, (iii) faktor rakan sebaya, (iv) faktor persekolahan dan (v) faktor komuniti. Dapatan kajian turut menjelaskan bahawa faktor berisiko meningkatkan lagi peluang keterlibatan seseorang individu dengan aktiviti jenayah serta menyumbang ke arah peningkatan dalam kadar residivisme. Hasil kajian ini, dapat memberi implikasi kepada pihak berkepentingan mengenai domain yang menyumbang kepada tingkah laku devian agar langkah pencegahan dapat diambil bagi mengawal penularan gejala sosial.
