Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan bahan bantu mengajar Bahasa Inggeris Tahun 1 untuk murid di Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi bermasalah pembelajaran dan memperolehi kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan. Kajian ini mengenal pasti kesesuaian elemen–elemen multimedia interaktif dan fokus kemahiran membaca dan kemahiran mengenal perkataan bagi murid-murid bermasalah pembelajaran. Pembinaan bahan bantu mengajar melibatkan fasa satu (analisis) dan fasa dua (pembinaan). Kajian melibatkan 50 orang guru pendidikan khas dan 10 orang pakar dalam bidang untuk tujuan mengukur kesahan. Dapatan menunjukkan bahan bantu mengajar Bahasa Inggeris ini mempunyai kesahan kandungan yang baik iaitu indeks cohen kappa sebanyak .60 dan nilai kebolehpercayaan keseluruhan item dalam bahan bantu mengajar nilai alpha α=0.953 iaitu berada di tahap yang tinggi. Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan elemen multimedia dalam bahan bantu mengajar berada pada nilai min tertinggi (M=4.30, SP=0.762), kesesuaian pada nilai min (M=4.32, SP=0.551) dan kemahiran membaca dan mengenal perkataan pada nilai min bagi murid-murid bermasalah pembelajaran pada min (M=3.98, SP=0.685). Implikasi kajian ini menyumbang kepada pembinaan bahan bantu mengajar menggunakan perisian Power Point yang boleh dilaksanakan oleh guru dan hasil bahan bantu mengajar Bahasa Inggeris murid Tahun 1 boleh digunapakai kepada murid bermasalah pembelajaran.
