Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti kesediaan guru terhadap perlaksanaan Kurikulum Reka Bentuk Dan Teknologi (Semakan 2017) di sekolah rendah. Reka bentuk tinjauan telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Pemilihan sampel kajian dijalankan secara rawak melibatkan guru mata pelajaran RBT dari 38 buah sekolah di daerah Bera. Soal selidik mengandungi 3 bahagian, iaitu profil demografi responden, kesediaan guru RBT dan pelaksanaan kurikulum Reka Bentuk Dan Teknologi (semakan 2017) oleh guru RBT. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan kekerapan, min, peratusan dan sisihan piawai bagi menjelaskan ketiga-tiga bahagian dalam soal selidik. Analisis deskriptif menjelaskan demografi serta kesediaan guru dari segi pengetahuan, kemahiran, sikap dan minat dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum RBT (Semakan 2017). Manakala statistik inferensi pula melibatkan ujian Anova dan ujian Korelasi yang menerangkan perbezaan dan hubungan antara pemboleh ubah kajian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa responden kajian mempunyai tahap pengetahuan (M=3.34.SP=0.771), kemahiran (M=3.32.SP= 0.817), minat (M=2.98.SP= 0.771)sikap(M=3.35.SP= 0.728) yang menunjukkan tahap kesediaan guru berada pada tahap sederhana. Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara kesediaan Guru RBT dengan pengalaman mengajar (F= 8.666,p
