Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan satu model pemantauan serahan berasaskan wajaran bagi proses pembangunan perisian, menilai kebolehgunaan alatan sokongan yang menyokong model dan menilai kebolehpraktikan model yang dibangunkan dalam persekitaran sebenar. Pembangunan model ini adalah berasaskan teknik Delphi dua (2) pusingan terhadap lapan (8) orang pakar bagi membentuk elemen dalam model yang dicadangkan. Bagi menyokong pelaksanaan model ini, satu alatan sokongan telah dibangunkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan prototaip evolusi. Penilaian kebolehgunaan alatan sokongan dijalankan berdasarkan kriteria mudah digunakan, mudah difahami, berupaya menyedia laporan yang diperlukan, mudah dilaksanakan dan kesesuaian status laporan kepada pengguna. Manakala penilaian kebolehpraktikan model ini dalam persekitaran sebenar dilakukan dengan menjalankan kajian kes terhadap tiga (3) projek perisian yang berbeza. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa model pemantauan yang dihasilkan ini terdiri daripada lima (5) elemen utama iaitu serahan, aktiviti, wajaran, matrik tanggungjawab dan pangkalan data. Penilaian kebolehgunaan menunjukkan antara muka alatan sokongan yang dibangunkan memenuhi kriteria kebolehgunaan yang ditetapkan. Manakala penilaian kebolehpraktikkan menunjukkan model ini membantu pemantauan proses pembangunan perisian yang lebih berkesan dan sesuai dipraktikkan dalam persekitaran sebenar. Secara kesimpulannya kajian ini menghasilkan satu model baharu iaitu menggunakan serahan berasaskan wajaran dalam memantau proses pembangunan perisian. Kajian ini memberi manfaat kepada bidang pengurusan projek terutamanya dalam bidang pemantauan dengan membantu pengurus projek dan pemegang taruh dalam melaksanakan pemantauan di samping meningkatkan tahap ketelusan dan kebolehpercayaan projek.
