Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan menentukan hubungan antara minat, pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam kalangan pelajar Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) terhadap hasrat memulakan kerjaya keusahawanan dalam talian. Model Acara Keusahawanan Shapero (1982) telah digunakan sebagai asas kajian. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif secara kaedah tinjauan, di mana borang soal selidik digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 359 orang pelajar sarjana muda UiTM Puncak Alam. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferens. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif yang sederhana antara minat (r=0.670), pengetahuan (r=0.571) dan kemahiran (r=0.666) pelajar dengan hasrat untuk memulakan kerjaya keusahawanan dalam talian pada aras signifikan 0.05. Seterusnya, nilai R² bagi minat, pengetahuan dan kemahiran ialah 0.449, 0.326 dan 0.443. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahawa minat (β = 0.539, p = 0.000) mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap hasrat memulakan kerjaya keusahawanan dalam talian, diikuti dengan kemahiran (β = 0.517, p = 0.000) dan seterusnya pengetahuan (β = 0.169, p = 0.000). Kesimpulannya, minat, pengetahuan dan kemahiran yang tinggi mempengaruhi secara signifikan hasrat pelajar untuk memulakan kerjaya keusahawanan dalam talian. Sehubungan itu, minat, pengetahuan dan kemahiran pelajar haruslah ditekankan dalam usaha meningkatkan hasrat untuk memulakan kerjaya keusahawanan dalam talian.
