Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan Modul Pengajaran Berasaskan Pemikiran (Thinking-Based Learning, TBL) bidang Perkaitan dan Algebra Tingkatan Satu iaitu topik Ungkapan Algebra. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian pembangunan menggunakan model yang dibangunkan oleh Mohd Afifi (2017) berasaskan Model ADDIE (Piskurich, 2006) dan Model Kemp, Morrison, & Ross (1998). Kajian telah dilaksanakan dalam lima fasa: (1) Analisis (2) Reka bentuk Modul TBL,(3) Pembangunan Modul TBL (4) Pelaksanaan pengajaran, dan (5) Penilaian Modul TBL. Instrumen kajian ialah Soal Selidik Analisis Keperluan, Borang Kesahan Kandungan, dan Soal Selidik Kebolehpercayaan Modul. Kesahan modul dilaksanakan oleh tiga pakar bidang Pendidikan Matematik. Sampel kajian untuk menentukan kebolehpercayaan modul dipilih secara rawak terdiri daripada 34 guru pra-perkhidmatan matematik daripada sebuah Univeristi Awam. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan (1) Indek kesahan kandungan modul TBL ialah 1.00, dan (2) Indek kebolehpercayaaan modul iaitu nilai alfa Cronbach ialah 0.756. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini berjaya membangunkan satu Modul Pembelajaran Berasaskan Pemikiran Bagi Topik Ungkapan Algebra Tingkatan 1 yang sah dan mempunyai kebolehpercayaan yang memuaskan. Signifikannya, modul TBL ini mampu memberi panduan kepada semua guru matematik sekolah menengah dalam membudayakan amalan pengajaran untuk pemupukan pemikiran aras tinggi, sekaligus melahirkan generasi yang berilmu serta penyelesai masalah yang baik bagi menghadapi cabaran masa kini dan hadapan.
