Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti hubungan dan pengaruh kepimpinan
transformasional, kepimpinan transaksional dan budaya organisasi dalam kalangan
Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan di Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM). Kajian
ini menggunakan Teori Rothwell, disokong dengan Teori Kepimpinan Bass dan Avolio
serta Competing Value Framework (CVF) of Organizational Culture, Cameron dan Quinn.
Dari segi metodologi kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif menggunakan soal selidik
sebagai instrumen kajian. Kajian ini melibatkan 260 responden kajian dari 21 Bahagian di
KPM. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferens iaitu
analisis Korelasi, ANOVA dan Regresi Pelbagai. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa tidak
terdapat perbezaan dalam pelan penggantian berdasarkan faktor kelayakan akademik dan
tempoh pengalaman kerja manakala wujud perbezaan dalam pelan penggantian
berdasarkan faktor umur dengan nilai signifikan ujian Welch .003 (p < .05). Analisis
korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kepimpinan transformasional (r =.524, p
=.000), kepimpinan transaksional (r =.256, p =.000) dan budaya organisasi (r =.621, p
=.000) dengan pelan penggantian. Analisis Regresi pula menunjukkan bahawa terdapat
pengaruh faktor kepimpinan transformasional, kepimpinan transaksional dan budaya
organisasi terhadap pelan penggantian dengan nilai R kuasa dua sebanyak .427 dengan nilai
p =.000. Implikasi kajian ini ialah sumbangan kepada bidang ilmu pembangunan sumber
manusia dan memberikan panduan ke arah pelaksanaan pelan penggantian yang lebih
berkesan di Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Secara keseluruhannya kajian ini
mendapati bahawa faktor kepimpinan transformasional, kepimpinan transaksional dan
budaya organisasi mempunyai hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap pelan penggantian.
Budaya organisasi dikenal pasti sebagai pemboleh ubah kajian yang memberikan
sumbangan terbesar. |
