Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti kesediaan guru Kolej Vokasional terhadap penggunaan komputer dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Terdapat tiga aspek kesediaan guru terhadap penggunaan komputer, iaitu sikap guru terhadap komputer, tahap pengetahuan aplikasi komputer dan tahap kemahiran aplikasi komputer. Kajian ini dijalankan secara tinjauan dan responden kajian ini terdiri daripada 80 guru dari Kolej Vokasional Taiping. Analisis deskriptif (frekuensi, min dan sisihan piawai) dan analisis inferensi (ujian Anova, ujian t dan Korelasi Pearson) dilakukan keatas data kajian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa sikap guru terhadap penggunaan komputer adalah positif manakala tahap pengetahuan aplikasi komputer dan tahap kemahiran aplikasi komputer berada pada tahap yang sederhana. Hasil kajian juga menunjukkan tahap kesediaan guru terhadap penggunaan komputer berada pada tahap sederhana. Dapatan kajian mendapati terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan di antara kesediaan guru terhadap komputer dengan faktor demografi umur, jantina dan kehadiran kursus komputer manakala tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan dengan faktor demografi gred jawatan, pengalaman mengajar dan bidang pengkhususan.. |
