Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Tujuan kajian adalah membangunkan alat latihan solar fotovolta menggunakan teori penyelesaian masalah secara inventif atau dikenali sebagai TRIZ. TRIZ dijadikan asas kajian ini kerana kesesuaian teori ini dalam membangunkan alat latihan solar fotovolta. Empat prinsip inventif TRIZ iaitu Segmentasi, Ekstrak, Pengkhusyenan awal dan Dinamik digunakan dalam kajian pembangunan alat latihan solar fotovolta. Objektif kajian adalah mengenalpasti jenis alat latihan solar fotovolta yang sesuai digunakan di industri, membangunkan alat latihan solar fotovolta menggunakan kaedah TRIZ serta menguji reka bentuk dan kebolehfungsiannya. Reka bentuk pembangunan alat latihan digunakan sebagai kaedah kajian. Metodologi kajian dijalankan melalui tiga fasa. Fasa pertama adalah analisa keperluan untuk menentukan samada alat latihan solar fotovolta diperlukan oleh pihak industri. Tiga orang pakar solar ditemubual dan mereka bersetuju bahawa alat ini diperlukan. Fasa kedua adalah fasa reka bentuk dan pembangunan alat di mana tiga pengguna mendapati masalah alat latihan sedia ada iaitu bersaiz besar, berat, sukar dialihkan dan kurang stabil. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, kaedah TRIZ digunakan. Fasa ketiga adalah penilaian akhir oleh pengguna industri menggunakan instrumen soal-selidik yang telah disahkan pakar dan mempunyai index kebolehpercayaan yang tinggi. Dapatan kajian awal mendapati pakar solar bersetuju bahawa alat latihan solar fotovolta jenis luar grid sesuai digunakan di industri. Dapatan fasa kedua adalah idea reka bentuk berdasarkan empat prinsip inventif TRIZ dan pembangunan alat solar fotovolta serta pengoperasiannya berfungsi dengan baik. Dapatan fasa ketiga mendapati persetujuan pengguna alat dari industri solar adalah sebanyak 93.34% bagi item reka bentuk dan kebolehfungsian yang diinterpretasikan sebagai sangat baik. Kesimpulan kajian adalah alat latihan solar fotovolta yang dibangunkan berciri inovasi iaitu bersaiz lebih kecil, mudah alih, fleksibel dan kebolehfungsiannya mudah digunakan seperti yang dipersetujui oleh panel pakar. Implikasinya, alat latihan solar fotovolta yang dibangunkan dapat digunakan oleh pekerja industri solar, tenaga pengajar, pelajar institusi dan pusat latihan serta individu yang berminat tentang kaedah pemasangan solar fotovolta
