Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keberkesanan modul pembelajaran kendiri PMB
ke atas pencapaian pelajar tingkatan satu Pendidikan Asas Vokasional (PAV). Kajian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif, iaitu reka bentuk kuasi ekperimental ujian pra dan ujian pos. Kaedah
pensampelan rawak kluster digunakan bagi memilih sampel kajian. Respondan kajian terdiri daripada
47 orang pelajar kumpulan rawatan dan 41 orang pelajar kumpulan kawalan. Data pencapaian pelajar
dianalisis melalui pencapaian ujian pra dan ujian pos. Kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara
konvensional berasaskan modul digunakan oleh kumpulan kawalan, manakala Modul PMB-PAV digunakan
oleh kumpulan rawatan selama satu bulan. Data dikumpul melalui soal selidik, ujian pra dan ujian
pos. Kajian ini melalui beberapa peringkat iaitu pembinaan modul, persediaan modul dan penilaian
modul. Tahap penguasaan PMB dinilai dengan menggunakan Rubrik PMB. Dapatan kajian mendapati
peratusan tahap penguasaan kemahiran berfikir terutamanya kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi (KBAT)
berada pada tahap yang rendah. Menerusi dapatan kajian ANCOVA iaitu [F(1,85), p < 0.005], MANCOVA
iaitu [F(1,82) = p < 0.005] dan MANOVA iaitu [F(1,92), p |
