Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti tahap kepuasan pelajar terhadap program Diploma Pendidikan Awal Kanak-kanak (DPAK) yang ditawarkan di Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka (KUIM). Kajian ini turut dijalankan untuk melihat tahap kepuasan yang dominan dalam kalangan pelajar. Kajian ini melibatkan seramai 262 orang responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar semester lima pengajian bagi program DPAK di KUIM. Kaedah kajian yang dijalankan ini adalah berbentuk kuantitatif menggunakan borang soal selidik. Soal selidik terdiri daripada tiga bahagian iaitu satu bahagian mengenai profil reponden, satu bahagian mengenai aspek kandungan program dan yang bahagian terakhir adalah mengenai aspek tenaga pengajar. Dapatan telah dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 21.0. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa pelajar mempunyai tahap kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap program DPAK yang ditawarkan di KUIM bagi kedua-dua aspek yang dikaji. Hasil kajian dapat membantu dalam memberikan maklumat kepada tahap kepuasan pelajar dan seterusnya membantu dalam meningkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan kepada pelajar.
