Dalam era baru ini, yang mana transformasi pendidikan berlaku secara meluas, kepimpinan guru muncul sebagai salah satu konsep yang paling penting di sekolah dalam usaha meningkatkan pencapaian sekolah. Kepimpinan guru bukan lagi merupakan suatu konsep yang ringkas atau mudah seperti mana disebutkan oleh kebanyakan penulis dan pengkaji dalam bidang ini. Bagi menjelaskan cara-cara bagaimana kepimpinan ini dipraktikkan secara terperinci, beberapa model telah dibina oleh beberapa orang pengkaji, di mana setiap satu model ini mempunyai kualiti dan berupaya menterjemahkan unsur-unsur kepimpinan guru dalam sekolah dengan baik. Model-model kepimpinan guru ini dibina untuk menggerakkan guru dan sekolah ke arah tindakan bersepadu dalam pelaksanaan konsep kepimpinan guru dalam kalangan guru. Kajian ini adalah kajian deskriptif menggunakan kaedah sorotan karya bersistematik bersifat kualitatif. Sumber utama kajian ini adalah melalui sorotan karya terdahulu yang diperoleh daripada pangkalan data atas talian Scopus, Google Scholar dan Science Direct yang dianalisis berdasarkan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). |
