Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk mengenalpasti adakah terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan terhadap
komponen ujian kecergasan fizikal meliputi ujian bleep, push-up, trunk-Zif, curl-up dan BM!
berdasarkan tingkatan, jantina dan sekolah. Seramai 80 orang subjek yang dipilih secara rawak untuk
menjalani ujian kecergasan daripada 2 buah sekolah menengah di Sandakan iaitu SMK Libaran dan SMK
Muhibbah. Masing-masing seramai 20 orang yang terdiri daripada murid lelaki dan murid perempuan
dari tingkatan l dan tingkatan 2, bagi setiap sekolah. Keseluruhan analisis statistik ujian
kecergasan fizikal dalam kajian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan 't ies/'. Keputusan kajian
menunjukkan bahawa : (1) Ujian kecergasan berdasarkan tingkatan mendapati ujian bleep tidak
terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan diantara murid tingkatan l dan murid tingkatan 2. Nilai [ (78) =
-1.35, _g = .I 8. Ujian push-up tingkatan 1 dan tingkatan 2, didapati tidak terdapat perbezaan yang
signifikan. Nilai [
(78) = -1.55, _g = .125. Ujian curl-up tingkatan l dan tingkatan 2, didapati tidak
signifikan iaitu nilai [ (78) = -0.39, _g = 0.69. Ujian trunk-liftingkatan 1 dan tingkatan 2,
didapati tidak signifikan iaitu nilai [ (78) = 0.11, _g = 0.90 adalah tidak signifikan. Ujian BM!
tingkatan 1 dan tingkatan 2, didapati tidak signifikan iaitu nilai l (78) = 0.47, .Q = 0.96. (2)
Ujian kecergasan berdasarkan jantina (murid lelaki dan murid perempuan berumur 12 dan 13 tahun)
mendapati ujian bleep adalah signifikan iaitu nilai l (78) = 3.27, 12 = .002. Ujian push-up lelaki
dan perempuan didapati adalah
signifikan iatu nilai l (78) = 2.33, _g = .022. Ujian curl-up lelaki dan perempuan, didapati adalah
tidak signifikan iaitu nilai l (78) = 0.74, Q = .462. Ujian trunk-liflelaki dan perempuan didapati
adalah tidak signifikan iaitu nilai l (78) = -.769, Q = .444. Ujian BMI lelaki dan perempuan
didapati adalah tidak signifikan iaitu nilai [ (78) = -
.131, .Q = .896. (3) Ujian kecergasan berdasarkan sekolah diantara murid di SMK Libaran, Sandakan
dan SMK Muhibbah Sandakan mendapati ujian bleep adalah berbeza secara signifikan, nilai l (78)
=3.09, 12 = 0.003. Ujian push-up murid di SMK Libaran dan SMK Muhibbah didapati adalah signifikan,
nilai [ (78) = 4.00, .Q = 0.00. Ujian curl-up murid SMK Libaran dan SMK Muhibbah didapati adalah
signifikan, nilai l (78) = 10.24, 12 = 0.00. Ujian trunk-lifmurid SMK Libaran dan SMK Muhibbah
didapati adalah signifikan, nilai [ (78) = 4.84, Q = 0.00. Ujian BM/ murid SMK Libaran dan SMK
Muhibbah didapati adalah signifikan, nilai { (78) = 3.69, 12 = 0.00.
Kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa ujian-ujian kecergasan yang dijalankan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor
seperti jantina, umur, kematangan, baka, pemakanan serta limitasi lain seperti peralatan,
persekitaran, pengalaman subjek dan latar belakang subjek,
sehingga mempengaruhi dapatan yang diperoleh.
