Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh amalan kepimpinan guru terhadap keberhasilan pelajar dalam kalangan pelajar tingkatan enam. Kajian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan soal selidik untuk mengutip data. Sampel kajian melibatkan seramai 123 pelajar tingkatan enam di beberapa buah Kolej Tingkatan Enam di Daerah Perak Tengah. Pemilihan sampel dibuat menggunakan teknik persampelan rawak mudah. Data kajian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensi. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan kepimpinan guru berada pada tahap tinggi (min= 4.15, SP= 0.47) dan tahap keberhasilan pelajar juga berada pada tahap tinggi (min= 4.07, SP= 0.43). Melalui analisis Kolerasi Pearson mendapati kepimpinan guru mempunyai hubungan positif sederhana pada aras signifikan dengan dengan keberhasilan pelajar (r= .658**, p=0.002< .05). Melalui analisis Regresi linear mendapati kepimpinan guru telah mempengaruhi secara sederhana dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pelajar sebanyak 26.5% (R2=.265, p=0.008
