Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh tingkah laku terancang (TPB) dan daya tahan (RE) terhadap hasrat keusahawanan (EI) pelajar Kolej Matrikulasi Perlis. Kajian kuantitatif melalui tinjauan telah dilakukan terhadap 244 orang pelajar Kursus Pengurusan Perniagaan yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik persampelan rawak mudah. Soal selidik menggunakan skala Likert 5 mata diedarkan secara penghantaran dan kutipan. Analisis regresi berganda, analisis mediasi sederhana dan analisis moderasi sederhana dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS v.23 dan PROSES makro untuk SPSS v.3.4. Keputusan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahawa pembolehubah bebas yang diuji dapat menjelaskan 25.5% varians terhadap hasrat keusahawanan pelajar. Ini membuktikan bahawa tiga dimensi TPB dapat membantu meningkatkan EI pelajar Kolej Matrikulasi Perlis. Dimensi sikap terhadap tingkah laku (ATB) merupakan pembolehubah bebas yang paling mempengaruhi EI pelajar (β= 0.307, p= 0.000) diikuti dengan SN (β= 0.231, p= 0.000) dan PBC (β= 0.137, p= 0.020). Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara TPB dan EI pelajar (β= 0.494, p= 0.000). Hubungan antara TPB dan EI masih signifikan (p= 0.000) selepas RE sebagai mediasi separa dalam hubungan antara TPB dan EI pelajar. Akhir sekali, keputusan kajian menunjukkan kesan moderasi penglibatan pelajar (PP) yang signifikan (p= 0.006) ke atas EI pelajar. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini mencadangkan bahawa TPB dan RE pelajar yang tinggi dijangka dapat meningkatkan EI pelajar. Walau bagaimanapun, kajian yang lebih komprehensif perlu dilaksanakan untuk melihat kesan TPB dan RE terhadap EI pelajar. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan bahawa daya tahan keusahawanan yang kuat dapat dijalin melalui peranan faktor RE dan TPB sebagai model alternatif dalam menjelaskan EI pelajar.
