Kreativiti saintifik terlibat dalam proses penyelesaian masalah fizik dan menjadi elemen penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Kepentingan penguasaan kreativiti saintifik ini mampu meningkatkan daya berfikir secara kreatif terutama dalam peningkatan pemikiran aras tinggi yang juga merupakan elemen penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Namun, kajian mengenai kreativiti saintifik ini masih kurang diberi penekanan terutama penglibatan penyelesaian masalah fizik. Oleh itu, kajian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara kreativiti saintifik dan penyelesaian masalah fizik. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan memberi soalan terbuka secara rawak kepada 30 orang pelajar tingkatan 4 di Bandar Tenggara, Johor. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kreativiti saintifik ialah Scientific Structure Creativity Model (SSCM) manakala penyelesaian masalah fizik pula digunakan dengan menggunakan soalan fizik berpandukan Minnesota Assessment of Problem Solving (MAPS). Hasil analisis data mendapati tahap kreativiti saintifik pelajar berada pada tahap sederhana manakala tahap keupayaan pelajar menyelesaikan masalah fizik adalah rendah. Data yang diperolehi juga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kreativiti saintifik dan penyelesaian masalah fizik dengan nilai kolerasi r = 0.371 manakala nilai signifikan p = 0.044. Kesimpulannya, hubungan yang positif antara kreativiti saintifik dan penyelesaian masalah fizik ini harus dilihat oleh pendidik bahawa penekanan terhadap kreativiti adalah penting bagi meningkatkan daya pemahaman serta idea dalam menyelesaikan masalah fizik. |
