Kajian ini bertujuan menilai kesan intervensi Program Penyatuan Pasukan terhadap efikasi
kolektif, kesepaduan pasukan dan kompetensi kejurulatihan ke atas atlet pasukan hoki
remaja. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk kuasi eksperimen telah digunakan
dalam kajian ini. Peserta kajian terdiri daripada 44 orang pemain hoki bawah 15 tahun di
dua buah sekolah sukan. Instrumen kajian adalah Program Penyatuan Pasukan yang dibina
oleh penyelidik dan soal selidik CEQS (Collective Efficacy Questionnaire for Sports),
GEQ (Group Environment Questionnaire) dan CCS (Coaching Competency Scale) untuk
menguji efikasi kolektif, kesepaduan pasukan dan kompetensi kejurulatihan. Data
dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan min, sisihan piawai dan peratusan. Analisis
inferens menggunakan ujian MANOVA. Dapatan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan aras
persepsi atlet terhadap efikasi kolektif, kesepaduan pasukan dan kompetensi kejurulatihan
berada pada tahap yang tinggi. Analisis MANOVA menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang
signifikan kesepaduan pasukan antara kumpulan eksperimen dan kumpulan kawalan di
mana skor kesepaduan pasukan F (1, 42) = 47.89 (p < .05). Kesimpulan kajian
menunjukkan Program Penyatuan Pasukan berupaya mempertingkatkan kesepaduan
pasukan pemain hoki remaja. Implikasi kajian mencadangkan Program Penyatuan Pasukan
sebagai alternatif kepada latihan pendekatan psikologi bagi membantu meningkatkan
motivasi dalaman atlet dalam sukan hoki. |
