Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk melihat kesan latihan serangan-bertahan terhadap prestasi daya tahan kardiovaskular dan kebolehan mengubah arah pemain pasukan Presiden Negeri Sembilan FA sewaktu latihan pra-musim 2020. Penilaian pemain ini adalah berdasarkan latihan spesifik kecergasan fizikal serangan-bertahan iaitu transition ball possession to ball possession opponent (BP-BPO) dan ketangkasan. Pelaksanaan intervensi selama enam minggu melalui latihan daya tahan kardiovaskular dengan intensiti Aerobic High Intensity (AHI) dan Aerobic Medium Intensity (AMI) yang diukur menggunakan bateri ujian Multi Shuttle Run Test (MSRT) dan latihan ketangkasan melalui latihan Speed Endurance Production (SEP) dan Speed Endurance Maintenance (SEM) yang diukur menggunakan Balsom Agility Run (BAR). Subjek terdiri daripada 36 pemain pasukan Presiden Negeri Sembilan yang dipilih secara rawak berkelompok iaitu kumpulan kawalan (n = 12) menjalani latihan rutin, kumpulan rawatan A (n = 12) mengikuti intervensi latihan AHI dan SEP manakala kumpulan rawatan B (n = 12) menjalani intervensi latihan AMI dan SEM. Melalui analisis ANCOVA, terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan di antara kumpulan rawatan dengan kumpulan kawalan bagi ujian pra dan pasca terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular iaitu Univariate Tests menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan F(1, 21) = .037, MS = .083, p = .850, p > .05 partial n2 = .002 antara kumpulan AHI dan kumpulan AMI walaubagaimanapun, terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara skor kumpulan rawatan AHI F (1, 21) = 10.559, MS = .094, p = .004, p < .05 partial n2 = .335 dan AMI F (1, 21) = 16.254, MS = .085, p = .001, p < .05 partial n2 = .436 berbanding dari skor kumpulan kawalan. Manakala bagi hasil ketangkasan pula mendapati tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan di antara kumpulan SEP dan SEM F (1, 21) = 2.907, MS = .023, p = .695, p > .05 partial n2 = .007 tetapi terdapat perbezaan yang ketara antara kumpulan rawatan SEP F (1, 21) = 2.009, MS = .047, p = .048, p < .05 partial n2 = .173 dan kumpulan rawatan SEM F (1, 21) = .739, MS = .032, p = .040, p < .05 partial n2 = .186 dengan kumpulan kawalan. Oleh yang demikian, latihan serangan-bertahan dengan berintensitikan AHI dan SEP serta AMI dan SEM adalah sesuai diplotkan sebagai latihan yang berintensiti tinggi dalam meningkatkan komponen kecergasan daya tahan kardiovaskular serta ketangkasan.
