Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan kepimpinan guru dengan pengurusan pelantar
pembelajaran Digital Educational Learning Initiative Malaysia (DELIMa) dalam kalangan
guru Sekolah Menengah Kinta Utara. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan
digunakan dalam kajian ini. Kajian ini mengadaptasi dua instrumen daripada Teacher
Leadership Self-Assessment (TLSA) untuk mengukur tahap kepimpinan guru dan item-item
pengurusan teknologi kajian-kajian lepas. Pemilihan sekolah dijalankan secara pensampelan
sistematik yang mana 20 buah sekolah menengah kebangsaan telah dipilih di daerah Kinta
Utara, Perak. Kaedah pensampelan rawak sistematik pula digunakan untuk memilih sampel
seramai 346 orang guru. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan
inferensi menggunakan perisian SPSS. Analisis deskriptif menentukan tahap kepimpinan
guru dan tahap pengurusan pelantar pembelajaran DELIMa manakala analisis inferensi pula
melibatkan ujian- t, ANOVA sehala dan analisis korelasi Pearson. Ujian-t menjelaskan
perbezaan tahap kepimpinan guru dan perbezaan tahap pengurusan pelantar pembelajaran
DELIMa berdasarkan faktor jantina. Ujian ANOVA sehala pula menjelaskan perbezaan
tahap kepimpinan guru dan perbezaan tahap pengurusan pelantar pembelajaran DELIMa
berdasarkan faktor umur dan seterusnya analisis korelasi Pearson menentukan hubungan
antara pemboleh ubah. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap kepimpinan guru dan tahap
pengurusan pelantar pembelajaran DELIMa berada pada tahap tinggi. Analisis ujian-t
menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan tahap kepimpinan guru dan tahap pengurusan
pelantar pembelajaran DELIMa berdasarkan faktor jantina. Manakala ujian ANOVA sehala
menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan tahap kepimpinan guru berdasarkan faktor umur (p =
