Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris |
Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti implikasi buli siber dan hubungannya terhadap
tahap kemurungan, kebimbangan, tekanan dan pengaruhnya ke atas pencapaian
akademik murid. Metadologi kajian ini melibatkan reka bentuk kombinasi dua fasa.
Dalam fasa 1, kaedah tinjaun digunakan untuk mengenal pasti gejala buli siber, tahap
kemurungan, kebimbangan dan tekanan melalui soal selidik Gejala Buli Siber (GBS)
dan soal selidik Depression, Anxiety and Stress (DASS-42) melibatkan 322 orang
murid tingkatan empat semua sekolah menengah di bawah pentadbiran Pejabat
Pendidikan Daerah Samarahan, Sarawak. Dalam fasa ke 2, kaedah kajian kes
melibatkan 5 orang murid yang mempunyai tahap kemurungan, kebimbangan dan
tekanan sangat tinggi di temu bual. Dapatan yang diperolehi menunjukkan situasi
gejala buli siber berada pada tahap rendah iaitu 2.02. Ujian korelasi Pearson
menunjukkan wujud hubungan yang signifikan dan positif namun berada paras aras
yang rendah antara gejala buli siber ke atas kemurungan ( r = 0.027, p = 0.631 ),
kebimbangan ( r = .001, p = .986 ) dan tekanan ( r = -.013, p = 0.811 ). Keputusan
Ujian Regrasi Berganda menunjukkan pemboleh ubah-pemboleh ubah yang dikaji
tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara keseluruhan iaitu hanya menyumbang 0.3%
terhadap pencapaian akademik. Ujian ANOVA (F4,317 =0.248, p = 0.910 > 0.05)
mengesahkan hubungan yang tidak signifikan. Kesimpulanya, buli siber membawa
implikasi kemurungan, kebimbangan dan tekanan tetapi tidak memberi pengaruh ke
atas pencapaian akademik murid keseluruhanya. Dapatan temubual turut membuktikan
buli siber memberi implikasi terhadap emosi, psikolgi dan fizikal. Kajian turut
mencadangkan kepada pihak kementerian, sekolah, ibu bapa, guru dan rakan sebaya
agar peka dengan gangguan buli siber dan bersama-sama mengatasi masalah gangguan
buli siber. |
