Abstract : Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Fokus kajian adalah bagi membangunkan platform sumber kerumunan, krumun.org di mana guru adalah khalayaknya. Namun, kejayaan platform yang dibangunkan bergantung kepada penerimaan dan hasrat penggunaan berterusan oleh khalayak. Maka, satu model yang menggabungkan faktor-faktor UTAUT dan ECM dibina bagi mengkaji penerimaan dan penggunaan berterusan platform krumun.org yang dikenali sebagai model Acceptance-Continuance Use (ACU). Analisis kajian merangkumi (i) analisis deskriptif yang menggunakan IBM SPSS 25, (ii) analisis inferens bagi menguji lapan hipotesis dan analisis prediktif menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.9 bagi pembentukan model pengukuran dan (iii) model struktural serta prosedur penilaian keupayaan meramal PLSpredict. Analisis dilakukan ke atas 194 khalayak platform krumun.org. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif di antara konstruk-konstruk yang dikaji iaitu: (i) BI dengan UB memperoleh r2=0.218; (ii) PE, EE dan FC dengan BI memperoleh r2 0.627; (iii) SA, PU dan TR dengan CI memperoleh r2=0.769; (iv) CF, PU dan TR dengan SA memperoleh r2=0.745; (v) BI dan CF dengan PU memperoleh r2=0.316; dan (vi) BI dan CF dengan TR memperoleh r2=0.360. Pengujian faktor moderator dan mediator iaitu jantina, umur, bidang dan jenis sekolah ke atas hubungan konstruk penerimaan mendapati tiada hubungan yang signifikan. Analisis prediktif mendapati kesemua konstruk endogenus mempunyai kepentingan peramalan. Penilaian keupayaan meramal luar sampel mendapati dua konstruk iaitu BI dan TR mempunyai keupayaan sederhana; dua konstruk iaitu UB dan SA mempunyai keupayaan rendah dan dua konstruk iaitu PU dan CI, tiada keupayaan meramal. Namun, nilai r2 menandakan keupayaan meramal kesemua konstruk bagi peramalan dalam sampel. Dapatan kajian mendapati terdapat hubungan baharu yang telah diperkenalkan melalui Model ACU. Kajian ini membangunkan platform sumber kerumunan untuk kegunaan guru dan menyediakan garis panduan reka bentuk membangunkan platform sumber kerumunan. Model ACU pula boleh digunakan dalam kajian akan datang yang berkaitan penerimaan dan penggunaan berterusan pengguna sistem maklumat di dalam organisasi bagi kajian pada masa hadapan.
