Art education at Shandong Museum has struggled to sustain engagement among primary-level learners. This study designed, implemented, and validated a Fun Learning Model (FLM) to advance creative pedagogy in a museum context. By adopting a qualitative single-case study, the research drew on semistructured interviews with museum educators and primary school art teachers, pupil focus groups, participant observations of programme sessions, document analysis, and expert assessments. Data were coded and thematically analysed in NVivo, with cross-source triangulation to enhance credibility. Findings indicate that the FLM_s five elements: Situation, Participation, Exploration, Interaction, and Collaboration, and its three strategies: Gamification, Multimedia Interaction, and Hands-on Experience, supported sustained attention, active participation, and creative expression, thereby strengthening perceived learning outcomes. Kajian ini bertujuan membangunkan kerangka pedagogi terbeza berasaskan pengetahuan dan kemahiran abad ke-21 dalam pengajaran Matematik di Sekolah Kurang Murid (SKM). Kajian Reka Bentuk dan Pembangunan (Design and Development Research, DDR) digunakan dan melibatkan tiga fasa, iaitu Fasa Analisis Keperluan (Fasa I), Fasa Reka Bentuk dan Pembangunan (Fasa II), serta Fasa Penilaian (Fasa III). Fasa I melibatkan 76 orang guru Matematik serta tinjauan literatur bagi mengenal pasti keperluan pembangunan kerangka berdasarkan model Dick dan Carey. Instrumen soal selidik yang digunakan mengandungi empat bahagian dengan lapan item bagi setiap bahagian. Dapatan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan keperluan yang tinggi untuk membangunkan kerangka tersebut (min = 4.02). Fasa II melibatkan 11 orang panel pakar dalam bidang Matematik sekolah rendah dan pedagogi berdasarkan pendekatan Richey dan Klein. This study explored children_s perceptions of sleep and sleep habits, as well as mothers_ perceptions of their children_s sleep, sleep habits, and the practices that help their children to sleep. This qualitative study used a phenomenological approach with purposive sampling. The participants were 12 preschool-aged children, aged five to six years, who were generally healthy and typically developing and 12 mothers who were non-shift workers (M = 37.4 years old, SD = 2.68). Data were collected using in-depth semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis was performed on interview transcripts from 12 children and 12 mothers. Children_s understanding of their sleep elicited five themes (sleep behaviour, dreams, feelings upon waking, daytime functioning, facial appearance), while their perceptions of sleep habits elicited three themes (sleeping environment, bedtime routine, sleep resistance and midnight awakening). This study aimed to examine the direct effect of psychological capital, specifically selfefficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, on employee adaptive performance within ecommerce enterprises in Shaanxi Province, China, and the mediating effect of innovative work behaviour. The formulation of the research framework was guided by Hobfoll's Conservation of Resources theory. To conduct the research, a quantitative research design with a deductive approach was adopted. Data were collected using an online questionnaire from a sample of 500 employees, who were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). At the significance level of 0.05, the findings demonstrated that psychological capital, specifically the dimensions of optimism (_=0.189, p-value=0.000), hope (_=0.197, p-value=0.000), and resilience (_=0.173, p-value=0.002), have a significant positive effect on adaptive performance, but not self-efficacy (_=0.087, p-value=0.112)......

This study aims to investigate the influence of cultural backgrounds, thinking modes, and value orientations on news framing and discourse strategies in cross-cultural news communication. Drawing on theories of cross-cultural communication and news discourse analysis, the study utilized a mixed-methods research approach, specifically integrating qualitative and quantitative methods, to compare the framing of two major global events_the COVID-19 pandemic and the Sino-US trade war_by two distinct media outlets from China and the US: the People's Daily and the New York Times, respectively. Upon comparing the influence of cultural background, thinking patterns, and value orientations on the news framing and discourse strategies of two media outlets in cross-cultural news communication, the study found significant differences in reporting perspectives, narrative foci, embedded cultural values, and attitudes towards international cooperation. Kajian ini bertujuan menyelidik penerapan pembelajaran teradun dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Moral di sekolah rendah yang merangkumi tiga domain utama iaitu penaakulan moral, emosi moral dan amalan moral secara holistik. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan reka bentuk kajian tindakan. Seramai 12 orang murid Tahun Empat daripada pelbagai latar belakang kaum terlibat dalam kajian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui kaedah temu bual, pemerhatian secara langsung, dan catatan jurnal. Data kajian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan kaedah analisis tematik. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa pembelajaran teradun yang mengintegrasikan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan murid untuk berfikir secara moral (penaakulan moral), malah menunjukkan kepekaan emosi dan kesedaran terhadap nilai sejagat (emosi moral).
