The study aims in developing and testing the reliability and validity of Self-Help Guide for Stress Management Strategies application module. The module is developed using extensive literature reviews to explore and determine the stressors, the negative consequences, techniques and effective strategies in addressing stress a student has. The significance of the app module is its potential in offering the information online that is self-help and is accessible to off-campus students. There are three main parts; online activities, offline activities and a podcast; along with detailed definition, self-assessment, techniques and strategies, stress management stories, and stress-free activities revealing its novelty and uniqueness. The outcome of the app module is the manual for facilitators, and a handy interactive mobile application for students that will be useful as a teaching aid in stress and health related subjects using emotional intelligence and conflict management styles.....
