It will guide you in learning the alto clef and obtaining the basic experience required to manage bow strokes with note values and primary rhythmic patterns. This book contains twenty children’s folk songs from the following states in Malaysia: Sarawak, Sabah, Kedah, Perlis, Perak, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu and Sembilan, along with instructions for sequentially learning finger placement on the viola fingerboard. In addition, each song is supported with an exercise specially created to strengthen your confidence while learning notes in the alto clef, the value length of notes, and the placement of each finger on specific strings.
