The current study aimed to verify the model fits of the assumed structural model of the relationship between the dimensions of psychological well-being and emotional intelligence and its role as a mediator in achieving professional compatibility among primary school female teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. The study included the psychological well-being scale, the emotional intelligence scale, and the professional compatibility scale. The scales were adapted and evaluated by experts in education according to the current study's circumstances and nature. The study sample consisted of 450 primary school female teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 24) and the AMOS Software, version 24 program were used to ensure the quality of the study model; specifically, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied to answer the research questions.
