Synthesis and characterizations titanium dioxide nanocomposite by laser ablation for antimicrobial applications
Al-Salih, Moatasem
Background: a composite nanoparticles containing Titanium Dioxide are synthesized bypulsed laser ablation. oxide nanoparticles NPs have wide ranges of physical, chemical and biological properties. The main advantages In the present work, studying the characterization of colloid TiO2 NPs were synthesis by PLAL and investigated the antibacterial activity of colloidal TiO2NPs compared to the antibacterial activity of synthesized composite nanoparticles was tested against four different pathogen bacteria two-gram negative (Escherichia coli (E. coli), Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae )), institute of bioscience UPM university kindly supplied these bacteria. The bacterial suspension was made and adjusted by comparison against 0.5 Mc-Farland turbidity typical (5x 107cell ml-1) tubes. It was further diluted to obtain a final of 5 x 106cell ml-1. All bacteria strains were culture in agar media. The media was inoculated by the 0.2 ml/5ml with either the bacteria strains, then added 0.5 ml of.....

Estimation of levels of TNF , INF related with serum levels of ferritin and D-dimer the prognosis of SARS CoV 2 infection
Al-Salih, Moatasem
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interferon gamma (IFN-?) are pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine that is central to the development of autoimmune disease, cancer, and protection against infectious pathogens. A case-control study was conducted in the AL HUSSAIN Teaching General hospital in Thi-Qar governorate with a total of 190 individuals involved in the current study, 95 of them were infected with SARC COV 2, and 95 were healthy as control group. Serum was collected from each of them to assess the levels of The, TNF?, INF?, ferritin, D-dimer. TNF-? level increased significantly (P..

Evaluation of acute phase proteins and some immunological indicators in pro-inflammatory with dengue fever
Al-Salih, Moatasem
This investigation intended to decide the degree of serum markers of cellular Acute stage protein and the pertinence with irritations confines in precede period pro inflammatory stage which is prompting immune response, modulators unique the inflammation profile in sera Dengue fever. Technique: The sample of assay income in 50 sera infected with Dengue fever, they were affirming the dealings of dengue side effects, additionally the instance of the investigation incorporate fifty man apparently healthy volunteers were remembered for this investigation. To analyze among the provocative parameters, for example, CRP, ESR, with assess dismay-inflammatory of IL-6 as supportive of fiery cytokines to link with intense stage proteins. In contrast with controls, patients with Dengue fever introduced high centralizations of C-receptive protein substances (dictated by plasmatic levels of C-responsive protein, just as the investigation demonstrated high implication between the considered gatherings.....

Synthesis and characterizations iron oxide carbon nanotubes nanocomposite by laser ablation for anti-microbial applications
Al-Salih, Moatasem
Background: Environmental contamination by microbes is a major public health concern. A damp environment is one of the potential sources for microbe proliferation. Smart synthesis nanocatalytic coatings on surfaces, food, and material from different pathogen bacteria can inhibit using the Fe3O4/CNTs as anti-microbial growth can effectively curb this growing threat. In this present work, the anti-microbial efficacy of synthesis of a compound nanoparticle-containing iron oxide-multi-walled carbon nanotube was combined by laser ablation PLAL and explored the anti-bacterial action of colloidal solution of Fe3O4/CNTs NPs that was evaluated against bacteria which is classified as gram-negative (Escherichia coli (E. coli), Klebsiella pneumonia (K. pneumonia), and also that is identified as gram-positive (Streptococcus pyogenes (S.pyogenes) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) under visible light irradiation. Results: Doping of a minute fraction of iron(III) salt (0.5 mol%) in a volatile solv.....

Transmitted water disease, assessment of immunopathogenesis of chronic hepatitis b and the carrier state of disease
Al-Salih Moatasem
The transmission of viral hepatitis type B (HBV) is of significant public health concern. The infection result depends on how well the virus interacts with the host and in particular, on the ability to respond inherently and adaptively to the humoral and cellular immunity. The purpose of this study is to evaluate clinical, immunology and tracer status (viral). This study showed the relationship between the immune and chronic conditions of Iraqi patients who are chronic hepatitis virus B or HBV carriers. The study included (111) chronically-viral hepatitis type (b) and (112) hepatitis virus surface antigen type (b) healthy carriers from out of patients. The result of this study proved that a non-significant correlation was observed between cellular immune response (CD4 and CD8) among chronic hepatitis B patients. For CD8+ lymphocytes: there was a highly significant decrease (P..
