The  objective  of  this  research  is  to  propose  a  model  which  investigates  the relationship between the determining factors and Perceived Usefulness for ASYCUDA information  system in customs sector in Jordan. This research addresses seven determining factors. These  factors are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction,  Data Interchange Quality, and Training. Development of the model was based on DeLone and McLean  information system success model. This research applies a quantitative research method, using  questionnaire as the research instrument. A sample of 257 employees who used ASYCUDA were chosen  using simple random technique. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation, factor  analysis and multiple regression analysis.
