This  research  aimed  to  compare  and  contrast  the  principle  of  justice  present  in Periyapuraanam text and Malaysian Judiciary System. This is a qualitative research, in which  hermeneutic approach was conducted towards the Periyapuraanam text and the Malaysian judiciary  documents. The texts analysis were presented based on the themes and discussed concerning the  similarities and differences between the Periyaapuranam text  and  the  Malaysian  judiciary   system.  The  events  in  relation  to  the  justice  were observed  through  the  history  of  10   Nayanmaar  and  one  Sivanadiyar.  The  findings indicated that there were many similarities and a  few differences of the justice principle between Periyapuraanam text and the Malaysian principle of  justice.
