Management Information Systems (MIS) play a vital role in the success and performance of organizations. Information is essential for organizations to develop. Although  extensive literature is available on the effectiveness of MIS to enhance organizational  performance, it is unclear which MIS indicators can be linked with organizational performance.  Thus, to fill this gap, this study investigated the effect of MIS indicators on organizational  performance in Missan Oil Company in Iraq. In addition, the study identified the mediating role of  Total Quality Management (TQM) between MIS indicators and organizational performance.
