The purpose of this research was based on parental experiences to explore preschool children's school readiness abilities. Parents' experiences play a crucial role in helping preschool children smooth the transition from preschool to elementary school. This research aims to determine that in preschool-home, i) parental experiences in cultivating preschool children's school readiness abilities and (ii) strategies for cultivating school readiness abilities. This research was qualitative. Data were collected through triangulation ， including interviews, observations, and document analysis. Three university teachers were purposive sampling as respondents from one province in southwest China. Observations on three preschoolers who are all 6 years old are children of three respondents, and their respective teacher’s milestones records of the three preschoolers' development, learning, and playing were analyzed. Student-lecturing is an innovative teaching model which allows students to express their problem-solving strategies and ways of thinking using mathematical language. It not only allows students to demonstrate their thinking process, but also creates a relaxed classroom environment for students to overcome their fear of expressing mathematics, thus changing their attitude toward mathematics. This study aimed to examine the direct effect of psychological capital, specifically selfefficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, on employee adaptive performance within ecommerce enterprises in Shaanxi Province, China, and the mediating effect of innovative work behaviour. The formulation of the research framework was guided by Hobfoll's Conservation of Resources theory. To conduct the research, a quantitative research design with a deductive approach was adopted. Data were collected using an online questionnaire from a sample of 500 employees, who were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The aim of this study is to promote the high - quality development of inclusive higher education in China and enhance the satisfaction of college students with disabilities. This research employed a mixed - methods approach to investigate the current satisfaction status of college students with disabilities in inclusive education in China and the factors influencing their satisfaction. Specifically, quantitative analysis was performed using SPSS on the data collected from 578 college students with disabilities via questionnaires, and qualitative analysis was conducted using Nvivo 11 on the interviews with 20 college students with disabilities. The results indicate that the satisfaction levels of college students with disabilities have not yet reached satisfactory benchmarks. In recent years, the global e-commerce landscape has witnessed rapid growth, with sales reaching a new peak in the past year and expected to rise further in the coming years. Amid this e-commerce boom, accurately predicting user purchase behavior has become crucial for commercial success. We introduce a novel framework integrating three innovative approaches to enhance the prediction model’s effectiveness. First, we integrate an event-based timestamp encoding within a time-series attention model, effectively capturing the dynamic and temporal aspects of user behavior. This aspect is often neglected in traditional user purchase prediction methods, leading to suboptimal accuracy. Second, we incorporate Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to analyze user behavior.
