1 | 2009 Thesis | Tahap pelaksanaan amali fizik tingkatan 4 dan 5 di sekolah-sekolah Daerah Kinta Utara, Perak Idris Abdul Talib This investigation is a form of a quantitative survey for the implementation of Physics practice for Form 4 and Form 5 at Kinta Utara District, Perak. This implementation is divided into 3 steps: i) investigation of respondents background and status level practice of the implementation, ii) investigation through interview of structured answer, iii) investigation through interview of open answer. Sample steps i), ii), and iii) were taken from 78, 46, and 17 teachers respectively from 52 secondary schools. The level of implementation can be divided into five categories; Level 5 – fully performed by the students. Level 4 – teacher’s demonstration. Level 3 – teacher’s presentation using computer simulation. Level 2 – teacher’s presentation without computer. Level 1- self study by the students. Form Four Physics has 29 Physics Practicals while form five has 32 Practicals which were suggested in the Curriculums Specification of Physics Secondary School. 2 | 2024 Article | Teaching at rehabilitation schools: An exploration of approaches Noor Insyiraah Abu Bakar, Abdul Talib Mohamed Hashim, Azlina Abu Bakar @ Mohd, Mohd Muslim Md Zalli, Izazol Idris The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching approaches that are appropriate for juveniles so that they can gain knowledge and skills in line with current demands and develop their potential. A qualitative approach was employed, specifically a constructivist grounded theory research design, involving 15 teachers and three administrators from the three rehabilitation schools. To ensure an in-depth exploration of these issues, data was collected using semi-structured interviews. Observations were also carried out in order to support the interview data and to give a full picture from various perspectives. The findings showed that the teachers practiced various teaching approaches that were appropriate for the conditions and problems of the juveniles at the schools, as detailed in this article. 3 | 2024 Article | Effective learning among Malaysian juveniles: Key elements for success Noor Insyiraah binti Abu Bakar, Mohd Muslim Md Zalli, Izazol Idris, Azlina Abu Bakar, Abdul Talib Mohamed Hashim, Nor Hasnida Che Md Ghazali, Mohd Nazir Md Zabit Effective learning is crucial for helping young people gain knowledge, skills, and overall development. This study aims to identify key factors necessary for effective learning in rehabilitation schools for juveniles. A constructivist grounded theory (CGT) approach was employed to gain a deeper understanding. Fifteen teachers, three administrators, and five education experts participated in the study using purposive sampling. Data was collected via in-depth interviews with these participants. The thematic analysis revealed four main themes essential for effective learning among juveniles: teachers (qualifications, teaching methods, and attitudes), juveniles (emotions and interest in learning), rehabilitation schools (administrator support and learning facilities), and community (support from families and assistance from governmental and non-governmental organizations). Nama Sahmad Malaya sudah muncul sejak tahun 1950 dan terus terkenal hingga tahun 1970an, kemudian tenggelam timbul dalam tahun-tahun 1980an dan 1990an. Manakala M.Z. Alias Baharuddin Zakaria, Arisel BA dan Aripin Said pula menghiasi era 1970an, 80an dan 1990an.
