Kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan konstruk dan membina model pengukuran kepimpinan instruksional berinovatif di lima buah politeknik di Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan model Hallinger dan Murphy sebagai model utama. Reka bentuk kajian adalah menggunakan pendekatan pembangunan model pengukuran. Teknik awal yang digunakan dalam pembangunan instrumen kajian ini adalah teknik Delphi yang telah diubahsuai. Seramai 11 orang pakar telah dilantik berdasarkan kepakaran dan pengalaman dalam bidang yang dikaji. Pakar-pakar tersebut juga telah mengesahkan 13 konstruk kepimpinan instruksional berinovatif bagi sistem politeknik. Persampelan rawak berstrata telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Instrumen baharu telah dibangunkan dengan 13 konstruk dan 188 item serta diedarkan kepada responden di lima buah politeknik tersebut untuk melihat kepimpinan instruksional berinovatif pentadbir politeknik. This article explains the development of checklist which is related with future of vocational learning skills by using the Delphi techniques. The Delphi technique provides the opportunity for researchers to gather input from participants without requiring them to work face-to-face. Often, the process is used to find consensus among experts who have different views and perspectives. The Delphi technique enables group problem-solving using an iterative process of problem definition, discussion, feedback, and revisions. This paper will discuss the basics of the Delphi techniques, its application potential, the selection of expert panels and the means on how consensus can be reached among the participants using examples of our past research using the technique. This article also provides Rasch analysis to find reliability in checklist. The value of realibility must achieve 0.71 – 0.99 in good fit. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka dan membuat perbandingan kriteria kepimpinan sekolah antara Indonesia dan Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan Hallinger dan Murphy sebagai model utama. Kajian ini telah menggunakan teknik Delphi sebagai kaedah untuk mengkaji kriteria kepimpinan sekolah di Malaysia. It is crucial to comprehend the nonlinear vibration behavior of sophisticated engineering constructions to aid in the examination, creation and production procedures. The primary objective of this study, therefore, is to focus on exploring the nonlinear forced vibrational characteristics of two-directional functionally graded (TDFG) cone-shaped shell for the first time. To accomplish this, the motion equations of the TDFG cone-shaped shell are derived based upon the framework of first-order shear deformation theory (FSDT) in conjunction with von Kármán assumption. TDFG cone-shaped shell models have mechanical properties that can change smoothly and continuously across the thickness and length of the shell, following a power law distribution pattern. The vocational high school principal is a determining factor for the progress or failure of a school. Therefore, the principal's performance evaluation must be optimal. This study explores the government direction on this performance evaluation in two neighboring countries: Indonesia and Malaysia. The research method uses a qualitative approach, by interviewing both school supervisors and principals, and analyzing documents. The steps are 1) collection of resources through multi techniques; 2) reducing data with the aim of simplifying and categorizing data; 3) presenting data in the form of qualitative descriptions; 4) drawing conclusions and 5) compiling research reports and formulate comparative research findings.
