This study is a survey to identify the usage of ICT in teaching and learning Mathematics in secondary schools in Batang Padang District, Perak. The aspects that identify are the interest of using ICT, usage of ICT equipment and the promblems of using ICT by the teachers in teaching and learning Mathematics. A total of 100 graduate and non graduate and also with experienced and less experienced teachers from ten schools in Batang Padang District were selected as samples for this study. The purpose of this study is to gauge the teachers interest on ICT, usage of ICT equipment and the problems they are facing when using ICT in teaching and learning Mathematics in school. For this purpose all samples were answered the questionares which were prepared by the reseacher. Datas obtained from the questionares were analyzed by SPSS (Statistical Package for the Sosial Sciences) and interpreted to fulfil the survey questions. Kajian ini merupakan kajian tinjauan yang bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi guru terhadap tahap   penggunaan  Teknologi  Maklumat  dan Komunikasi  (ICT) dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran di sekolah  menengah dari aspek minat, penggunaan alatan ICT dan masalah penggunaan ICT. Kajian ini dilakukan  terhadap guru sekolah menengah di sepuluh buah sekolah di Daerah Batang Padang, Perak. Kajian ini menggunakan instrumen soal selidik kepada 100 orang guru sekolah menengah  yang  terdiri   daripada  guru  siswazah  dan  guru  bukan  siswazah  yang berpengalaman dan yang kurang  berpengalaman  di Daerah Batang Padang yang dipilih sebagai sampel kajian.
