The purpose of this project is to develop a guaranteed quality of service management systems for multimedia network based on mobile agent. The system which is built as an e-Learning kit consists of a computer software for video streaming Lecture-on-Demand (LoD) via internet with guaranteed quality of service. A number of research methodologies and design have been employed to develop this product. A survey was conducted to increase the validity of the instrument utilized; while a system analysis was used to gather information on quality of service for multimedia network over internet. A simple computer software design based on waterfall process was used to develop the computer software system.
