| 1 | 2016 Article | Keberkesanan teknik peta pemikiran terhadap peningkatan prestasi Bahasa Arab dalam kalangan pelajar Nawawi Khairudin, Abdullah Norazilawati, Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti keberkesanan teknik peta pemikiran dalam meningkatkan tahap pencapaian mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab dalam kalangan pelajar Tahun 5 di Sekolah Kebangsaan Rapat Jaya, Ipoh, Perak. Kajian ini melihat tahap pencapaian dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab selepas menggunakan teknik peta pemikiran. Kaedah kuasi eksperimen telah digunakan adalah kajian ini. Responden terdiri daripada 66 orang pelajar yang dibahagikan kepada kumpulan kawalan dan kumpulan rawatan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah ujian pra, ujian pasca dan soal selidik untuk menyokong dapatan kajian. Data yang diperolehi dianalisis dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 16.0. Keputusan kajian dipersembahkan dalam bentuk kekerapan, min, sisihan piawai dan ujian-t. S., Depression is more frequently experienced among medical students than in the general population. In addition, medical training seems to have a negative impact on students’ mental health. The main objective of this study was therefore to determine the effects of parental support, personality, and self-efficacy on depression among medical students. This study also sought to find out the effects of parental support and personality on self-efficacy. Participants were 1,029 first to fifth year medical students in seven universities in peninsular Malaysia. A set of questionnaires comprised of Career-Related Parent Support Scale, NEO Personality Inventory-Revised, College Self-Efficacy Scale, and Beck Depression Inventory were used to measure parental support, personality, self-efficacy and depression respectively. The application of fuzzy logic from our development program regarding the development of exhaust fans with fuzzy logic controllers to regulate air flow velocity in accordance with air conditions in a room. Using a gas sensor and a temperature sensor will create a number of conditions to then be treated in a fuzzy logic system using the Mamdani method. The process that occurs in the Mamdani fuzzy includes four stages including the process of calculating the fuzzy set (fuzzification), the application of the implication function, the composition of the rules to the last stage, the defuzzification process. The inter elements of the mamdani fuzzy process are interconnected in the sense that the order determined by fuzzy mamdani cannot be removed or replaced by another. | 4 | 2021 Article | Modelling and state variable feedback control with proportional action of a one-link flexible manipulator incorporating payload Khairudin, Moh This paper presents a state variable feedback (SVF) control with proportional gain to control a one-link flexible manipulator incorporating payload. The dynamic model of a one-link flexible manipulator is developed through a finite element method. The system is uncertain due to the variation of payloads and numbers of elements. There is a challenge in designing a controller for each number of elements. To obtain the effectiveness of the controllers, a combination of SVF control-based LQR controls with proportional gain is developed for a flexible link manipulator with payload variations. An assessment is conducted to examine the input tracking controller capability of the hub angular position, deflection, hub velocity and end-point residual of the one-link flexible manipulator. The responses of the system are shown in domains of time and frequency, while the SVF control with proportional gain schemes is also discussed. | 5 | 2021 Article | Object detection robot using fuzzy logic controller through image processing Khairudin, Moh This study presents a robot movement in tracking 2D objects. This input image is transformed into another image by certain techniques. In this study, by utilizing image processing, the robot can work to detect objects in the form of hexagons. Apart from detecting the detected shape, this image processing is also for detecting color. So that a hexagon-shaped 2D object will be detected with the magenta color that has been set in advance. The movement of this robot is to follow the motion of objects horizontally. While the object is shifted to the right, the robot will move to the right, and if the object is shifted to the left, the robot will move to the left. Robot movement is controlled by fuzzy logic.
