Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk meninjau penggabungjalinan faktor-faktor dan hubungannya dengan pengaplikasian WhatsApp dalam kalangan guru sekolah rendah di zon Chini, Pekan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berasaskan reka bentuk tinjauan. Program SPSS versi 20 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Seramai 155 orang guru sekolah rendah telah dipilih secara rawak sebagai sampel dalam kajian ini. Statistik deskriptif dan inferensi digunakan untuk menganalisis data kajian ini. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan persepsi umum guru, matlamat, motivasi guru, kemahiran mengaplikasi WhatsApp serta sokongan pentadbir adalah faktor dominan pengaplikasian WhatsApp dalam kalangan guru. Analisis inferen menunjukkan bahawa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi umum guru, matlamat, motivasi guru, kemahiran mengaplikasi WhatsApp, sokongan pentadbir serta kebimbangan guru dengan pengaplikasian WhatsApp. . The magnitude of the Covid-19 epidemic has many features of teachers’ jobs, which affects teachers’ job satisfaction and work motivation, especially for those who work from home. This study aims to examine the relationship between work from home and work motivation on teachers’ job satisfaction. In addition, moderating the effects of school location on the relationships between work from home and motivational work on teachers’ job satisfaction is also investigated in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach. A purposive sampling technique is used to collect data from 424 respondents in this study. A web-based questionnaire is used as the research instrument. The data are analyzed using PLS-SEM by using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study reveals that working from home and work motivation has a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction. This study reviews the factors associated with using WhatsApp in education management among Indian lecturers in Malaysian public universities. This study aims to determine the level of WhatsApp usage among Indian lecturers in the aspect of educational management in Malaysian public universities. The second goal is to determine the level of factors that influence WhatsApp usage. This study uses a quantitative approach based on a survey design. The study population consisted of Indian lecturers from Malaysian public universities. A total of 292 young lecturers were randomly selected as a sample for this study.
