Kajian ini adalah bertujuan untuk meneliti personaliti kanak-kanak bercirikan Indigo dan mengkaji keberkesanan CTRT dalam membantu kanak-kanak Indigo ke arah perkembangan positif. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan kajian kes untuk memperoleh maklumat secara mendalam. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada empat (4) orang kaunselor di sekitar Miri, Sarawak yang dipilih secara persampelan bertujuan. Data yang dikumpul melalui temubual ke atas empat (4) orang sampel kajian dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian Nvivo versi 10.0. Dapatan kajian telah memberi gambaran umum tentang personaliti kanak-kanak bercirikan Indigo, keperluan kanak-kanak bercirikan Indigo dari perspektif CTRT, proses pengendalian kaunselor berdasarkan CTRT, penglibatan kaunselor dalam membantu kanak-kanak bercirikan Indigo dan kesan CTRT ke atas perkembangan golongan kanak-kanak berkenaan. Given the significance of the May Fourth period in modern Chinese history, the sch olarly projects pursued by intellectuals of the time and their legacies deserve further exploration. Focusing on Hu Shih’s interpretation of Ching hua y ü an Flowers in the Mirror; hereafter CHY ））, an early nineteenth century Chinese fantasy fiction, this pa per outlines some major threads of the May Fourth intellectual projects and their profound influences. For Hu, CHY was a fiction on the question of women’s rights, with which the author Li Ruzhen advocated equalities in wellbeing, education, and opportunit y between men and women. This interpretation became virtually canonic since its publication in 1923. By contextualizing Hu Shih’s interventions in the “women question” of his time, we will be able to capture the intellectual origins of his interpretation o f CHY , as well as its lasting significance. In the 1980s, Ma Yuan, as a literary explorer, carried out the pioneering art of literature and art with full enthusiasm for the life in Tibet, and devoted himself to creating a series of literary works with Tibet as the background. Currently, Ma Yuan’s Tibetan novels depict in depth the invaders and guardians of Tibetan national culture as well as the spread and development of Tibetan national culture, depicting the profound mystery and broad inclusiveness of Tibetan culture. His works are not only unique in form, fully reflecting the innovative qualities of pioneer novels, but also innovative in content, skillfully integrating the avant-garde nature of form and content. Internet of Vehicles (IoV) technology has been rapidly advancing, making intelligent transportation systems the future trend. This research revolves around building efficient and secure vehicular networks using data processing mechanisms backed by machine learning and information security. However, noise and incremental data present challenges to vehicular network development. This study proposes two novel federated learning frameworks, namely the Outlier Detection and Exponential Smoothing Federated Learning (OES-FED) and Federated Learning Framework Based on Incremental Weighting and Diversity Selection for IoV (FED-IW&DS), to overcome the above problems. The OES-FED framework leveraged anomaly detection and exponential smoothing to filter noise data, thus, improving model robustness and enhancing communication efficiency. The aim of this study was to investigate the Clerodendrum interspecific variations toward morphological and anatomical characters in order to determine their taxonomic significance. Both anatomical and morphological characters of taxonomic significance were then used to construct dichotomous key for species of the genus. The distribution of the genus in designated locations were also recorded and mapped. A total number of 16 Clerodendrum species and Tectona grandis as an out-group species were collected from several reserved forest in Peninsular Malaysia. The herbarium voucher specimens were carefully examined and the characters were recorded. Anatomical slide of leaf transverse sections was prepared using modification of standard microtechnique method. Observed morphological and anatomical data were numerically analyse using MultiVariate Statistical Package (MVSP) and Phylogeny Analysis Using Parsimony (PAUP).
