This research aims to survey the responds and subscriptions of UPSI staffs to takaful family products which are offered by takaful companies based on several factors. Samples of 726 respondents are selected from academic and non academic staffs. The questionnaire forms are used in gathering information related to the research which are then analyzed by using SPSS 15.0 software, research outcome show that 83 percent of respondents subscribe to insurance offered by takaful or conventional insurance companies. On the other hand, only 17 percent of the respondents are not involved with any insurance products. From the figure, 48 percent of the respondents opt to products by takaful whereas the rest tends to choose conventional insurance products. This study is focused on conceptual paper and the purpose of this study is to conduct an empirical investigation into the Malaysian Preschool institutions, focusing on measuring their technical efficiency and productivity changes. This study is to examine the nature of productivity changes by means of bootstrapped Malmquist TFP indices. The study use a Three-year set of panel data (2009–2012) for analyzing the performance of 8307 KEMAS Preschools classes during the implementation of the (Government Transformation Program) GTP 1.0. The study considered all KEMAS Preschools classes operating in the sector. The input and output data were manually extracted from the Malaysia’s Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (MRRD) and all KEMAS Preschools. Non-parametric DEA models are employed to estimate efficiency and productivity changes of the institutions. The purpose of this paper is to determine the implementation of total productive maintenance in Malaysian automotive industry. 400 questionnaires were distributed to Malaysian automotive industry and 229 were completed, giving a response rate of 57.25%. Based on the developed models, the results of the study provide guidance for effective implementation of total productive maintenance in Malaysian automotive industry. This study attempts to provide a mechanism in measuring relative efficiency of selected five airline stations for the year 2004.The objective is achieved by establishing a set of efficiency indicator particularly in the aspect of relative efficiency covering both input and output factor of the stations. In this context, the relative efficiency of five stations in selected continent involved in the study were using non-parametric technique called Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The resultsofusing this method to asses the relative efficienciesofall selected fiveairline stations are then reported. Outcomes are obtained from seven different specifications of output and input.
