The aim of this study is to find out what makes students in elementary schools 2 Kaliaman Jepara draw works on environmental themes. The research approach leads to the development of art as research, which will be carried out in fourth grade elementary school 2 Kaliaman, Kembang District, Jepara Regency, with seventh children's drawings on environmental themes, namely the family environment, school, and community, as research subjects. This study employs a variety of data collection methods, including observation, interviews, documenting, and recording. The data for the analysis was gathered through observation and document study. Observations are made to observe and report the symptoms that occur on the study object in a systematic manner.
