| 1 | 2016 Article | Analisis faktor dan cabaran pelaksanaan tanggungjawab sosial korporat Islam Boheran Nudin Azlinda, Mustaffa Che Su, Ahmad Mohd Khairie, Dalam memastikan CSR bercirikan Islam dilaksanakan dengan sebaiknya, faktor dan cabaran menjadi indikator yang harus dipertimbangkan agar pelaksanaannya mengikut garis panduan dan prinsip Islam. Hal ini kerana, pencapaian organisasi Islam yang cemerlang juga dipengaruhi oleh perlaksanaan CSR Islam. Objektif kajian ini memberi tumpuan untuk meneroka faktor dan cabaran pelaksanaan CSR Islam di Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB). Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif melalui temu bual mendalam dengan sepuluh orang informan yang terdiri daripada pelaksana CSR di BIMB. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat empat faktor yang menggalakkan BIMB melaksanakan CSR Islam iaitu kesedaran pihak pengurusan, budaya institusi Islam, etika pelaksana CSR dan memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat. Manakala cabaran yang dihadapi untuk melaksanakan CSR Islam adalah dari sudut strategi komunikasi, sumber maklumat, pengurusan sumber manusia dan kewangan.. 2395 hits |

Perera Sarath, The benzaldehyde−(1R)−(-)−fenchone azine (1) and derivatives (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) were prepared by heating the desired benzaldehyde derivatives and fenchone hydrazone in boiling ethanol solution in the presence of acetic acid as catalyst for 3 h. Treatment of the ligands (L) with Na2PdCl4H2O or [PdCl2(NCPh)2] in the ratio of 1 : 1 or 2 : 1 gave the complexes of the type PdL2Cl2 (2), (8), (9), (10), (11) and (12) of which the palladium was bonded to the nitrogen near to fenchone residue. | 3 | 2009 Article | Kesan pemukulan terhadap pemasukan magnetit (Fe3 O4) ke dalam pulpa kenaf Ramly Rosazley, Abu Bakar Suriani, Zakaria Sarani, Abdullah Mustaffa, Ahmad Sahrim, Teknologi pemasukan lumen membenarkan partikel-partikel pengisi magnet dimasukkan ke dalam lumen gentian dengan tidak menjejaskan kebersihan permukaan luar daripada pelekatan sebarang pengisi. Aluminium sulfat (alum) dan polietilenamina (PEI) berperanan sebagai pembantu retensi dengan memberikan kesan positif di dalam proses pemasukan lumen. Kajian ini menumpukan kesan pemukulan terhadap pemasukan magnetit (Fe3O4) ke dalam pulpa kenaf menggunakan alat pemukul PFI Mill. Mikroskop elektron imbasan (SEM) digunakan untuk melihat pelekatan partikel pengisi di dalam lumen gentian, manakala mikroskop konfokal digunakan bagi melihat struktur morfologi pulpa pemasukan lumen. Magnetometer sampel bergetar (VSM) pula digunakan bagi pengukuran pemagnetan kertas. Proses pemukulan dapat meningkatkan kadar pemasukan pengisi ke dalam lumen gentian pada resolusi 4000 rpm. | 6 | 2009 Article | Strategi mengaktifkan ikatan antara C_H pada ligan-ligan azin untuk pelaksanaan tindak balas pengsiklologaman dengan paladium Mustaffa Ahmad Ligan-ligan asetilpirol fencon azin (8), asetiltiofen fencon azin (11), asetilpirol kamfor azin (10), dan asetiltiofen kamfor azin (12) telah disediakan melalui tindak balas kondensasi bersama dengan fencon hidrazon (5) ataupun kamfor hidrazon (6). Data eksperimen menunjukkan bahawa ligan-ligan (8) dan (10) adalah ligan bersifat penderma bidentat N, N manakala, ligan-ligan (11) dan (12) adalah ligan bersifat penderma bidentat N, S. Semua kompleks yang didapati (13), (14), (15) dan (16) membentuk gelang bercincin enam bersama paladium(II).

| 7 | 2010 Article | Syntheses and characterization of the complexes of Molybdenum, Tungsten and Palladium with 2-diacetylpyridine-(1R)-(-)_fenchone azine Mustaffa Ahmad The diimine 2-diacetylpyridine-(1R)-(-)-fenchone azine {fench=NN=CMe}C5H5N (4) was prepared by heating 2-diacetylpyridine with fenchone hydrazone (3) in boiling ethanol in the presence of acetic acid as the catalyst. Treatment of [Mo(CO)4(nbd)], [Cr(CO)4(nbd)] or [W(CO)4(nbd)] (nbd = norbornadiene) with 2-diacetylpyridine-(1R)-(-)-fenchone azine {fench=NN=CMe}C5H5N (4) gave the five-membered chelated N,N bonded carbonylcomplex of (5), (6) or (7), respectively. Treatment of [PdCl2(NCPh)2] with the azine ligand (4) gave the palladium-complex (8). Treatment of (8) with LiBr or NaI gave the metathesis product of (9) or (10), respectively. Treatment of [{(_3-2-MeC3H4)PdCl2}2] with the azine ligand (4) gave the chloride salt which was then isolated as the corresponding PF6 salt (11).

| 8 | 2011 Article | Complexes of 2,6_diacetylpyridine-di-(1R)_(-)_fenchone diazine (fench=NN=CMe)2C5H5N) ligand with molybdenum, tungsten or palladium Mustaffa Ahmad The Schiff_base ligand 2,6_diacetylpyridine_di_(1R)_(-)_fenchone diazine (9) was prepared by heating 2,6_diacetyl_pyridine (7) and fenchone hydrazone (8) in boiling ethanol in the presence of acetic acid as the catalyst for 28 h. Treatment of (9) with [Mo(CO)4(nbd)] or [W(CO)4(nbd)] in benzene at 80 0C gave the tetracarbonylmolybdenum(0) (10) or tetracarbonyltungsten(0) (11). The complexes (10) and (11) showed that the diazine (9) acted as a bidentate chelating ligand bonded through the pyridyl nitrogen and only one of the imino nitrogen donor atoms of the ligand involved in the bonding. However, diazine (9) acted as a planar terdentate N,N,N_donor_ligand when reacted with palladium(II) to give the cationic products of (12), (13) and (15), respectively.

| 9 | 2011 Article | Penentuan pemalar-pemalar kestabilan kompleks-kompleks Lantanida La(III), Pr(III), Eu(III), Ga(III), Er(III) dan Lu(III) dengan terbitan-terbitan Berfluorin 1-Fenil-3-Metil-4-Benzoil-5-Pirazolona (HPMBP) dengan menggunakan kaedah pentitratan Mustaffa Ahmad Ligan-ligan terbitan-terbitan berfluorin 1-fenil-3-metil-4-benzoil-5-pirazolona (HPMBP), 1-fenil-3-metil-4-(2-fluorobenzoil)-5-pirazolona(HPMoFBP),1-fenil-3-metil-4-(3- fluorobenzoil)-5-pirazolona(HPMmFBP) dan1 -fenil-3-metil-4-(4-fluorobenzoil)-5- pirazolona (HPMpFBP) telah disediakan bagi tujuan mengkaji kestabilan komplekskompleks La(III), Pr(III), Eu(III), Ga(III), Er(III) dan Lu(III). Didapati pemalar kestabilan untuk semua kompleks adalah mengikut turutan: La(III) < Pr(III) < Gd(III) < Eu (III) < Lu(III) < Er(III). Dapatan ini sepadan dengan pemecahan orbital f apabila komplekskompleks ini terbentuk.
