1 | 2020 Article | The implication of knowledge transfer project towards the understanding and skills of childrens developmental psychology among PPM and PPM PPKI In the district of Sabak Bernam Nazariah Shar’ie Janon PPM (Pembantu Pengurusan Murid) refers to an assistant teacher for pra-sekolah (pre-school) children while PPM PPKI (Pembantu Pengurusan Murid Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi) is an assistant teacher for special needs children in public schools. The majority of PPMs and PPMs PPKI who have been appointed do not have the necessary qualification in child psychology or early childhood education. Despite the lack of knowledge on child psychology and special needs children, they work with these children for almost 25 hours per week. In relation to this, a project under the Knowledge Transfer Programme was conducted to provide psychological knowledge and skills to PPMs and PPMs PPKI. This study attempts to investigate whether the psychological knowledge and skills of PPMs and PPMs PPKI have increased after the project. 2 | 2021 Article | \Let\s Play the Alphabet\ kit increase special educations literacy skill in Bahasa Melayu Nazariah Md Isa Many students with special needs (MBK) have literacy problems, especially in the subject of Bahasa Melayu and cause them to fail to achieve Mastery Level 3 Classroom Management (PBD). The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of teaching aids Main Kit Game Language Book Alphabet of the performance of special needs students in the subject of Bahasa Melayu. This study uses the ADDIE Model and Delphi techniques. This study involved 10 MBK with learning difficulties and 10 specialist teachers. The methods used in this qualitative -based study are interview method, observation method and survey. The instruments selected in this study were checklists, questionnaires, student satisfaction level test and KVKVK syllable comprehension test.
