1 | 2023 Thesis | Amalan kepimpinan distributif guru besar terhadap komitmen organisasi dalam kalangan guru Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina di daerah Kinta Selatan Perak Ng, Jia Quan Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti tahap kepimpinan distributif pentadbir sekolah, tahap komitmen organisasi guru sekolah, hubungan antara kepimpinan distributif dan komitmen organisasi dan pengaruh kepimpinan distributif terhadap komitmen organisasi sekolah kebangsaan daerah Kinta Selatan, Perak. Kajian ini adalah kajian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan reka bentuk tinjauan bagi mengumpul data. Soal selidik yang diguna adalah berdasarkan Distributed Leadership Readiness Scale (DLRS) dan Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). Kaedah pensampelan rawak mudah telah digunakan dan seramai 259 orang telah dipilih sebagai sampel. Data yang dikumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferens. 2 | 2021 Article | Ethical leadership practices and trust among public school leaders in Malaysia Mohamed Yusoff Mohd Nor Integrating values in managing a school is crucial to balance the role of school leaders as leaders and managers under one roof. This study highlights the practice of ethical leadership (branch of value-based leadership) based on seven dimensions. Using a mixed method (QUAN-qual) approach, this study i) identifies the level of principal's ethical leadership practices and trust in leader as perceived by primary and secondary school teachers of Malaysia, ii) explores the relationship between both variables and classifies accordingly the subconstructs of ethical leadership practices that significantly contribute to developing trust in their leaders, iii) ascertain the understanding and practices of ethical leadership style among the principals as perceived by the principals themselves.
