Knowledge worker is priceless and the main assets to the organizations. However most organizations are still unable to manage their knowledge workers properly. This paper reveals the influences of knowledge worker characteristics on knowledge integration capacity based on the data collected using questionnaire from 471 knowledge workers, working in organization located in Malaysia Multimedia Super Corridor. The results suggest that knowledge worker characteristics significantly and positively influence knowledge integration capacity.
