Fraud in insurance is becoming an interesting issue nowadays among researchers and parties involved in the industries. Increase in numbers of insurance claim leads to unstable and unpredictable operating profit suffered by insurance companies. These claims are believed to include both bogus and authentic claims. Thus, the aim of this study is to examine customers’ intentions in committing motor insurance fraud. The objective is to determine the relationship between individual attitude and subjective norms on intention to commit motor insurance fraud. The sample for this study will be teachers from selected schools in Petaling District, Selangor. Data from the respondents will be collected using questionnaires. This aims of the study is to examine customers’ intentions in committing motor insurance fraud. The objective is to determine the relationship between individual attitudes, subjective norms and tendencies of gender on intentions to commit motor insurance fraud. The sample for this study consisted of 413 teachers from five selected schools in Petaling District. Data from the respondents were collected by using the questionnaire. The differences of customers’ intention on committing motor insurance fraud amongst genders were analyzed using t-test. Correlations and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Results from the study showed that males have higher intentions to commit motor insurance fraud compared to females. It is also found that there is a significant positive relationship between subjective norms and attitude towards customers’ intentions to commit fraud (r = 0.28, p < 0.01). The major concern of this study is to expose role-play activities in developing children"s English language skills. This paper will explore the level of knowledge of role-play activities among teachers before detailed descriptions about the role-play activities to be further discussed in developing and enhancing the children English language skills as well as the challenges faced by teachers when conducting the activities. This research uses a qualitative method. The researcher has conducted a semi-structured interview with three preschool teachers from Bachok district schools. A set of 16 questions based on the research question is used as the research instrument. Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan projek terhadap Kemahiran Berfikir Aras Tinggi (KBAT) kanak-kanak prasekolah berdasarkan empat tahap pemikiran kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi iaitu mengaplikasi, menganalisis, menilai dan mencipta. Kajian ini dijalankan menggunakan kaedah persampelan bertujuan dalam menentukan responden yang bersesuaian di mana seorang guru berserta 13 orang kanak-kanak di sebuah prasekolah swasta di negeri Perak dipilih. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kes. Data kajian diperoleh menerusi pemerhatian, dokumen, temu bual terhadap peserta kajian. Data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis naratif dan analisis kandungan. Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gelagat pembelian dalam kalangan pelajar UTP dan UiTM Seri Iskandar terhadap produk penjagaan diri yang halal. Terdapat empat faktor yang dinilai didalam kajian ini iaitu sikap, norma subjektif, kawalan terhadap kelakuan dan agama. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif di mana \borang soal selidik diedarkan kepada responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar UTP dan UiTM Seri Iskandar. Kajian yang dijalankan melibatkan 400 orang responden. Kaedah persampelan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah persampelan rawak mudah. Pengetahuan Teknologi Pedagogi Kandungan (PTPK) adalah pengetahuan penting yang mesti dikuasai oleh guru dalam menyampaikan kurikulum dalam sesi pengajaran. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan antara persepsi guru Biologi terhadap penguasaan dan amalan PTPK di sekolah bukan kerajaan negeri Kelantan. Reka bentuk kajian ini berbentuk kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan melalui tinjauan yang melibatkan seluruh sekolah bukan kerajaan di negeri Kelantan. Responden kajian terdiri daripada 63 orang guru Biologi manakala instrumen yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan soal selidik PTPK guru Biologi dan amalan pengajaran guru. Kajian ini telah mendapat kesahan daripada tiga orang pakar dengan Indeks Kesahan Kandungan adalah 0.961 dan telah memperoleh nilai Alpha Cronbrach 0.861 melalui kebolehpercayaan dalam kajian rintis.
