1 | 2023 Article | Impact of government health and education expenditures on insurance demand: ARDL model [Kesan perbelanjaan kesihatan dan pendidikan kerajaan terhadap permintaan insurans: Model ARDL] Norimah binti Rambeli @ Ramli The focal aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between government expenditure on health and administration on education, and insurance demand in Malaysia. Specifically, this study examined the short- and long-run impacts of gross domestic product, inflation rate, government health expenditure, government education expenditure and real interest rate on insurance demand in the country. The study focus on Malaysia, was mainly due to the substantial income generated through insurance demand since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. Time series data, spanning December 1990 to December 2022, were utilised. This study adopted the linear ARDL approach to identify the short- and long-run impact between observed variables. Specifically, the study examined whether the observed variables significantly affect insurance demand in Malaysia. Despite extensive industry research, servant leadership remains underutilized in education, despite aligning with business education goals. This scoping review assesses the prevalence of servant leadership among educational leaders, offering insights into its feasibility, benefits, and challenges. Using the Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, and ERIC databases, the review compiles servant leadership research. Guided by Arksey and O’Malley’s methodology, findings emphasize servant leadership’s role in enhancing organizational effectiveness. They highlight behaviors as a prevailing theme, revealing limited background understanding. 3 | 2024 Article | Financial development-economic growth nexus: a bibliometric analysis Madya Gan Pei Tha, Awadh Ahmed Mohammed Gamal, Norimah binti Rambeli @ Ramli The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of published scientific documents in the fields of financial development and economic growth from 1986 to 2024. To this end, bibliometric analysis using the VOSviewer and CiteSpace tools was conducted on 2484 documents from the Scopus database. The objectives were to identify and evaluate document descriptions; the most prolific journals, authors and countries; keywords co-occurrence; major clustering and evolution; patterns of collaboration among the countries; and burst detection analyses for journals, keywords, authors, and countries. The results show that most often, keywords that appear gradually towards the end are related to clean energy, environment, green economy, sustainable development and growth issues from 2018 until recent years.
