Fraud in insurance is becoming an interesting issue nowadays among researchers and parties involved in the industries. Increase in numbers of insurance claim leads to unstable and unpredictable operating profit suffered by insurance companies. These claims are believed to include both bogus and authentic claims. This aims of the study is to examine customers’ intentions in committing motor insurance fraud. The objective is to determine the relationship between individual attitudes, subjective norms and tendencies of gender on intentions to commit motor insurance fraud. The sample for this study consisted of 413 teachers from five selected schools in Petaling District. Data from the respondents were collected by using the questionnaire. The differences of customers’ intention on committing motor insurance fraud amongst genders were analyzed using t-test. Correlations and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Results from the study showed that males have higher intentions to commit motor insurance fraud compared to females. Pengetahuan Teknologi Pedagogi Kandungan (PTPK) adalah pengetahuan penting yang mesti dikuasai oleh guru dalam menyampaikan kurikulum dalam sesi pengajaran. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan antara persepsi guru Biologi terhadap penguasaan dan amalan PTPK di sekolah bukan kerajaan negeri Kelantan. Reka bentuk kajian ini berbentuk kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan melalui tinjauan yang melibatkan seluruh sekolah bukan kerajaan di negeri Kelantan. Responden kajian terdiri daripada 63 orang guru Biologi manakala instrumen yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan soal selidik PTPK guru Biologi dan amalan pengajaran guru. Kajian ini telah mendapat kesahan daripada tiga orang pakar dengan Indeks Kesahan Kandungan adalah 0.961 dan telah memperoleh nilai Alpha Cronbrach 0.861 melalui kebolehpercayaan dalam kajian rintis. This study assesses the need to embed sustainability elements into landscape architecture education in Malaysia, harmonising with industry demands and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Despite its relatively recent establishment in Malaysia, landscape architecture is experiencing significant growth, necessitating the integration of sustainable development principles into its educational framework. Using the Nominal Group Technique (NGT) to gather insights from seven landscape industry experts, the study identifies a strong consensus on the relevance of sustainability in landscape architecture. The findings indicate a unanimous agreement on the need for graduates to possess sustainability skills, emphasising the integration of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) introduced by UNESCO.
