The study aimed to identify teachers' perspectives on e-learning usage, impact and challenges on students_ biology practical skills acquisition among Grade-12 students in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) proposing a biology practical skill teaching framework. The study employed a quantitative research design, and a questionnaire was administrated for collecting data. The study sample consisted of 226 biology teachers distributed over seven educational districts in government secondary schools in the UAE selected by stratified random sampling method. Descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation coefficient and the simple linear regression analysis were employed to make decision and testing the study_s hypotheses. The results revealed that e-learning enhances the learning process and resources in biology classes.
