Geometrical measurement becomes one of the most critical topics in primary mathematics which require the understanding of the underlying concepts and not just focusing solely on formulas. Unfortunately, the teaching and learning of geometrical measurement is usually based on rules, procedures and formulas. Besides, research have also shown that the scarcity of the conceptual understanding significantly contributes to the poor geometrical measurement understanding. Thus, the focus of this study is to clarify the specific types of geometrical measurement skills that contribute to the geometrical measurement conceptual understanding. The research method was based on literature review search strategy through online database such as Google Scholar and Scopus.
