Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyederhana komitmen organisasi di antara hubungan latihan dan prestasi kerja bidan Puskesmas di Daerah Banyumas Wilayah Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Reka bentuk kajian kuantitatif dipilih untuk menjawab empat soalan kajian dan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen soal selidik. Kaedah persampelan rawak sistematik digunakan untuk menentukan bilangan sampel Puskesmas, seterusnya kaedah persampelan rawak berkadar untuk menentukan bilangan sampel bidan Puskesmas. Kajian ini melibatkan 243 bidan sebagai sampel yang dianalisis menggunakan SEM. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa nilai Loading Factor daripada semua dimensi konstruk kajian lebih besar daripada 0.5. This study aims to identify the effect of organizational commitment as a mediator on the relationship between training and work performance at Community Health Centers for midwives in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. A quantitative research design was selected to answer four research questions. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. This study involved 243 midwives of Puskesmas in Banyumas Regency as a sample using a systematic random sampling method to calculate the sample size of Puskesmas. After that, proportional random sampling was used to determine the sample size of Puskesmas midwives. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling method.
